Event Overview
The ICC Young Leaders Forum organized an Interactive session with Mr. Suresh Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director, Nestle India. Mr. Narayanan while addressing the members of ICC and YLF members mainly focused on leadership in crisis and spoke about crisis being the new normal and the role of leadership defines how to cope with it. Mr. Narayanan also stressed on the importance of governance, ethics and practices along with hard skills and negotiations. He further shared his 30 years journey in the FMCG sector in top leadership positions and how he essayed his role in dealing with various situations also highlighting the Maggi crisis, the brand that was on the brink of collapse in the last decade and came back strongly. Mr. Pradeep Sureka, President, ICC delivered the welcome address and Mr. Mudit Beriwal, Chairman, Young leaders Forum, delivered the vote of thanks at the event. The event was attended by esteemed members of the Indian Chamber of commerce and the Young Leaders Forum.
